Is No One Listening To Our Crying Out?

Is no one listening to our CRYING OUT… if this is true, how healthy is our unheard tears. Are we becoming so hardened by all that surround us, each and every day, we fail to listen. Do we not share these cry outs with others near to us, or are we painfully hiding and concealing these cry out behind closed doors.
Crying
Most experts will agree, crying is very therapeutic, and a great release of emotions. Everyone will most likely, in their life, face the loss of a loved one, or some tragedy or event that will touch our emotions. There for in these case, crying out maybe coming to terms, grieving, or mourning for their loss, comfort and understanding, a healing process.
Crying Out
This termonology can be taken sometimes, with different meaning, as striking out. Where as this release of emotions, maybe tears shed or not shed, but anger and resentment now taking place. Obvious this is not healthy, which can often endanger people lives as well as others.
Seeking Help
The group of people who continue to cry out, and find no comfort in crying, and are seeking help because their emotions are out of control. These people are literally crying out for help. Yet most people do not seek professional help, and certainly few of us are trained to consult, and this article likewise, but we all can learn to understand some of the symptoms that comes along for the need of seeking help.
Symptoms.
Understanding each of us might handle tragedy, loss of love ones, financial crisis, or marital relationships, in different ways, our general attitude and emotions can step into another gear. It may slide there slowly or instantly, can lead to reclusiveness, depression, non eating, can become drug related, excessive anger, to suicidal. Some may have all of these symptoms or just a few.
Help
First of all is recognizing the symptoms of crying out for help, if your qualified to do so, then by all means do so, if you are not, tell them you love them in a sincere way, do not become part of the problem, and seek professional help as quickly as possible. As we are all aware many, many lives have been taken, by those wanting to be heard, they were crying out, and felt no one was listening.

Crying out can be just that and for most of us this is very helpful for our healing. Although there is no time factor, one should recognize the symptoms if the cry for help leads to anger, or depression. Seeking council may be necessary. We all need to be heard at times, a listening ear may be a good start.
