The ads play on our emotions, and we continue to be led by those same emotions, that we can loose tremendous amounts of weight overnight. We see that such claims come and go. Why, because if just half of all the claims were substantially true, we would have no weight problem in this world.
Why this article than, it is not to criticize all those claims, because most who have tried all of them, know the truths, they just do not work for them.
Should we just throw up our hands…and quit!
