<p>Today we are going to try and make sense of the a new diet program, called Sensa.</p>
<p>There has been a little buzz about this product and thought we do a little research for our readers on this topic. Our purpose is to be informative, and allow you the reader, to make an informative decision.  We could dedicate our  entire web site to various diets and never begin to cover them all. For those that hang around,  have  either a large marketing campaign ,a fan following, or actually some that might work in various arrangements.</p>

<p>The  proclamation is that the Sensa Weight Loss System is designed to help people lose weight.</p>
<p>This method uses  the sense of smell  to control the smell receptors that inturn send messages to your brain. While eating, these smell receptors signal the brain, it’s time to stop eating.</p>
<p>Now Sensa was created to enhance smells, causing you to eat less and feel greater satisfaction from your food.</p>
<p>Sensa is also designed to naturally control the hormones, so you won’t suffer hunger pains or intense cravings.</p>
<p>Sensa is a system where you use a new blend of “tastants”  &#8211; A substance that stimulates the sense of taste. Sensa is used by .sprinkling this blend onto the food, but isn’t said to affect the foods taste.</p>

<p>The Sensa Weight Loss System sounds like a great idea , unfortunately could not find enough information to substantiate their claims. We found only one study which showed positive weight loss results. This could be due to the lack of interest or to the new concept.</p>
<h2>Those Considering a Sensible Diet</h2>
<p> Perhaps Sensa may  help you lose weight in the beginning, consideration should be given regarding a long-term weight loss solution. Why, because the possible side effects if there are any, have not been documented.  Sensa may lesson the amount of food you consume, but does nothing to help you avoid eating  foods that are detrimental to a diet plan. On the other side of this point,  you may eat more in the long run because you believe it’s OK while using the Sensa system.This system is probably not for everyone.</p>

<p>We are all for Eating less  if you are trying to lose weight. Now if you are already eating less, as part of a diet, Sensa may not help much The Sensa System may be a great idea if you struggle with diets and eating, but don’t expect the results of using Sensa to last if you aren’t committed to dieting. Sensa can help send the signals of satiety, but it can’t keep you continuing to eat. As a result, Sensa is not the best option for most people, but can help a niche minority of dieters.</p>

<h3><span style="color: #ff6600;">Brings to you a melody of short tips, all thrown together for this very moment, when you feel you hotter than a frying pan.</span></h3>
<p>Perhaps some folks have similar lines, associated with todays  frying summer heat, probably too many words to discuss here. It, the heat, just naturally seems to just show up, sooner or later, for several days at a time. These heat waves , can  make us feel like we are living in a frying pan!</p>
<p>In many cases with this extreme heat, are body is actually frying from the extreme temperatures, due to our body unable to cool down. In many areas of the world, with this heat, also comes the sticky humidity, feeling even more uncomfortable as the heat rises.  Unless you are living on the other side of the world, where it is now winter, you probably wishing you could  pay those folks a visit.</p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;"> <span style="color: #ff0000;">The real concern here is most of us are seeking refuge from the frying temperatures by any means to cool off. The problem though, is that we react many times, not thinking about our actions and the impact on our health.</span></span></strong></span></p>
<p>We  are all seeking to have that one instant of gratification, that moment of coolness. Yet, are we really thinking about the outcome or just really wanting to get cooled off because we are frying from the heat?</p>
<p>Many lives are taken every year, just for  that one moment. In my home town people take a jump in the river, and hypothermia  sets in quickly from the snow melt and the swiftness of the water takes  their lives .</p>
<p>Then there are those who ride the rapids with no life jackets and find that its stronger than anticipated.</p>
<p>Now when I lived in the Mohave Dessert, our swimming pool was the center of attention, since the average day was always a 3 digit figure. Now swimming and all, this fun, can be exhausting at those temperatures, perhaps not recognizing that dehydration can become an important factor with those type of heat conditions. Sun strokes  can be deadly if not treated immediately. I personally lost my father there to a Sun Stroke.</p>
<p><em>It just seems that when the weather turns into frying heat, I think it affects our thinking, I have certianly seen how people&#8217;s attitudes get heated, when they stop at the local watering hole, and forget to stop with being a responsible adult,  and now endagering their health, their lives, or perhaps others,</em></p>
<p>Now for those who live further north in our country, its just great to see one of those warm days, the shedding of our winter clothes, goodbye to the 40s and 50s, and jump into the 80s and 90s. However, our skin is about as white as snow and the sun has no kindness for those who are fair complexion and wants some of that Summer fun.  Skin cancer is prevalent to those folks and the frying conditions are felt painfully. Sun screen is definitely a need fot those conditions.</p>
<p>Summer heat always creates a wave of new diets, since we unshed the layers of clothes and get closer to the real you. Now  realizing  you have gained those extra pounds, and are willing to try anything to look like  you use to.  Several articles have been posted regarding  diets on this site, check categories. It seems to me as I have gotten older, weight and frying heat are not a good combination, nor is it healthy.</p>
<p><strong>The most important part of this article is to act responsibly, drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration, and watch the  exercise if exposed to the direct heat.</strong> Keeping cool is  may be a key element to alleviate our discomfort, but as this article suggests, give thought to your activities.  If symptoms  occur that are not normal, contact your doctor or a local ER Emergency, for heat exhaustion and sun strokes, take lives every year.  If losing weight is part of the plan seek  professional help for the nutrition that fits your health situation, and  try to stay cool the Healthy Way.</p>

Although that might be a whole new article in itself today, and certainly a lot of folks would like to have a lot less of that kind of wiggle.</strong></p>

<p>Asks any kid if JELL-O wiggles and they will tell you how they are fascinated by each move,  the slippery wiggly stuff tries to escape the spoon, and than the mouth.</p>
<p>Now this article would have no value unless  we could provide you with some useful information. Now I know JEELL-O was a part of many of our lives as a snack or in part, a desert. Most children seem to love it, yet as we become adults we seem to have abandoned this favorite snack.</p>
<p>Yet, if your one of those people whom are looking for that desert or snack that is not going to put pounds on places you would rather not than you should be reconsidering JELL-O. Its very low in calories and they also have the sugar free.</p>
<p>I find that JELL-O  as a anytime snack that can be doctored up with your favorite fresh fruit or even other vegetables for a salad that gives enjoyable taste without the calories that goes along with other foods. My favorite is strawberries and bananas with, you guessed it strawberry banana JELL-O.</p>
<p>For that healthier snack, perhaps our children do know what is good for them. As adults we somehow have forgotten that the simple foods might still be good for us, and JELL-O  really does take little time to make for those who live on the go.</p>

<p>We have examined several diets on this site, everything from&#8230;  some off the wall, to some that have become now fads, to actual diets that have been recognized as very practical. We had taken on the position that its our Mindset that allows us to become successful with weight loss, proper diet, and of course the needed exercise to become successful with fight against obesity. We know now that many sites including Todays Health Site have taken on the task of informing, supporting. and providing the necessary info, to lead or direct  those who seriously  need to loose weight can do so.</p>
<p>We do not propose to replace your Physician or professional help, but to bring the issues before for examination and questioning, for many people now days are using the internet for resources for their own personal health.</p>
<p>After reviewing the several articles that have been posted through out almost our first year, I personally learned that I had missed several key points&#8230;so I urge you to take the time and go back through the many articles if you have not read all of them.</p>
<p>I also found that through out the year that some of the predictions of new sugar supplements are now reality, though their names may not be highly recognized. These supplements  will become more well known as time passes, for those who are seeking to get away from the processed sweetners that are becoming targeted for adverse health conditions.</p>
<p>We also examined some of the more healthy drinks, my favorite, Milk, which I love to this day, perhaps growing up on a dairy farm had something to do with that. The liquid we consume is very important to our health matters. How much we drink, and what we drink.</p>
<p>We also found out that our foods contain so many fillers now days, sugars, and all those presevatives, It is Highly important to read the Fine Print on all those foods we choose to eat. By examining the foods we eat, you may actually bcome much, much more aware of what we are eating. Then take those ingredient names, the ones you can not pronounce, look them up and see if they are linked to advers health effects. Energy drinks&#8230; not all, but some&#8230; provide little if any health benefits, other than the buzz.</p>
<p>I am taking this time to thank you for all the visits, comments, and critics for the success of this first year. Thank you and look forward to another year.</p>

The Banana  diet is for people who don’t want to bother with a diet.  People who don’t want to take the time to read a book and feel they are still in control of their health.</p>
<p> <span style="color: #000080;"><strong>Today&#8217;s Health believes </strong></span>&#8220;That some people may actually loose some weight because Bananas have many health benefits. See link below. For those eating breakfast who had not before, may eat less for lunch and perhaps dinner, less sweets and no late snacks may also prevent wait gain, and encourage weight loss. These tips are just common sense, but the person eating heavy calorie dinners and poor choices of snacks, these people may find themselves gaining weight.&#8221;</p>

The frustrations continue to grow and grow til failure seems to be  their conclusion. Now these same people are now just piling on the weight due , perhaps not realizing  they have just condition themselves to a mindset, that may not be healthy at all.</p>

With wide popularity of Sugar, it is in everything, and may be disguised in various forms. Sucrose, dextrose, and high fructose corn syrups  may be found as an active ingredient in  your processed food or condiments. These are highly refined sweeteners.</span></h5>
<h5><span style="color: #333333;">Most professionals stress a balanced approach to eating. If we limit the intake of acidic foods and increasing the intake of alkaline foods, one can achieve optimum health. One of the main factors in the fight against acidic pH levels is sugar.</span></h5>

<h3><span style="color: #ff0000;">  </span>I have been, in need of replacing my intake of&#8230;  the favorite soda, which is high in carbs and sugar, for a healthier drink.</h3>
<p>I  had already come to my conclusion long before I had completed this article, but I will save that for the end.</p>
<p>Now if you are like most of us&#8230; If it tastes good, we drink it. Naturally, it becomes a habit. Now beyond that, we may from time to time wonder why we feel the way we do, or why we have added a few more pounds,  sleeping has becoming a problem, or some of the other health  problems are now occuring.  Is it related to what we drink?</p>
<p>This article is to help all those who seek to become healthier by what we drink ,  to become more aware of the fine print and some of the terminology is being used within the industry.</p>
<p>I could start  a hot  arguement, right here, for the sake of  awareness. Do they, the producers of soda drinks, energy drinks, water products, now alcholic energy drinks, is it their purpose to deceive the general public by their marketing campaigns, or is it OUR responsiblity to seek out the TRUTH.</p>
<p>You always hear of this company and that company being discipline for their marketing concepts, but has it really moved , NOW into what we drink as well.</p>
<p>How much is really going on, that we just do not take the time  to care&#8230; How much of the fine print do we really read. Well I guess not much. So we are really are ill informed and perhaps beause of it, our health matters, and no room here today to quote on the rising health problems  today,  but we are as a Nation suffering.</p>
<p>So here is a few examples, not disclosing the names of the products&#8230; I can not handle that much heat nor threatening comments.</p>
<p>I sought out replacing my soda intake with something I considered a safe place to start out with,  WATER. Now after I walked down the endless aisle of the local super market, I found that I could read for several hours and still not know what was best. Some were this and that , what I mean by that, is some made claims, some had essentally all the vitamins you could think of. So no wonder people do not read the fine print&#8230; It is like all the marketing people of all the brands got together and said this is what we are going to tell the public&#8230; So my answer, being overwhemed, and to think I use to drink it out of the well for Free, I updated  my purification filter on my refrigerator, Now I could not tell any difference,  Now i know some people are going to swear by  their brand of water, but read the fine print and you will find that some( water) are just over glorified filtered water. Now that should get some comments.</p>
<p>Now, I growing up on a farm, was surrounded by fruit trees and have always enjoyed fruit juices. While writing this article,I  found myself  strolling up and down the aisles again and Like you do I grab a couple of those ALL natural fruit juices. Now while I had never read the FINE Print before&#8230;.Why not, and to my surprise, my all natural had several different fruit juices, concentrates, vegetable juices, and loaded with carbs, sodium, and other things I could not even pronounce. So now that they are in the refrigerator and I now know what is actually in them, I was really a littlle upset. I had purchased what I thought was something healthy, when it was furthest from the truth.</p>
<p>The lesson here  is to read the fine print&#8230; the ingredients.</p>
<p>The last example and this is a good one, proclaiming there is no sugar in  a particular drink!</p>
<p>They are absolutely correct, when one reds the ingredients  on the nutritional label, it does not say SUGAR anywhere.</p>
<p>This MISLEADING  position given  by these Companys, and Distributors are guiding your friends and relatives down  a unsure path. Perhaps your close friend is a diabetic, trusting and believing in you, but even if he didn&#8217;t, the drink says no Sugar. But going further read the label Carefully, you will find the ingredient called Crystalline Fructose.</p>
<p>This ingredient, High Fructose Corn Syrup,  has been allowed to crystallize,  then is crushed into a powder. </p>
<p>Now, this is a &#8221; SUGAR&#8221;,  and you will also note,  if you read on this label, there are 15 carb grams per drink.  So No matter how you  define the  word &#8220;SUGAR&#8221;, the carb content is what everyone should see !   Now compared to what most people are drinking, the product is still a lot better.  Is it &#8220;SUGAR FREE&#8221;? Absolutely NOT!</p>
<p>Now here it is, the conclusion, not to put down the  available drinks we choose to intake, for we are all responsible for that, but if you are seeking to maintain a healthier life,  perhaps reading the fine print,  using a dictionary, the internet, and seeking the family doctor could now become the resources necesssary to understand what the fine print actually means.</p>
